Make the simple implementation of MVP pattern

The project will be based on the Conductor, RxJava & Dagger library. So we can make the MVP implementation pretty simple:

1. Each controller gets its presenter via Dagger.
2. Presenter is the place where subscription to the data streams provided by the Model (Observables/Flowables/etc) takes place.
3. Since the Conductor Controllers survive the configuration changes (i.e. the screen rotation), we can unsubscribe during BaseController#onDestroy() and keep the latest result in the BehaviorSubject so that if the data fetch operation (from cache or cloud) completes when the Controller is not attached to router (i.e. the app is in the background), we can easily get the operation result without repeating the operation again.

Main screen implementation

View, Presenter, local data storage. View needs only four fields: min/max/avg/current HR.
Presenter should be tested with jUnit, data storage has to be mocked.
