What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run the application with a culture that enables "," instead of "." as number 
delimiter. For example ( sv-SE )

2. Row 79 in vector.cs in SceneLib will throw an exception.

I changed the main thread of the program to use an other CultureInfo( en-US ) 
to work. But this should be considered in SceneLib...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile in VS2008 in XP SP3.
2. Run a demo simulation on your test sequence(Run simulation)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Button name remains the same, when I clicked on it. Image in the right 
half of the window repeats left image in 1,2,5 view mode. 
In Overhead map mode it looks like a white rectangle in the middle of the 
screen on a black background. In particle probabilities mode it looks like 
a black background.
