i think you need to update google_api_headers plugin to google_api_headers: ^1.3.0

  The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.3.40 and higher.
  The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
  project ':google_api_headers' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.3.31

• Try:

Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace.
Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
Run with --scan to get full insights.
