parcel-html-sass-js-starter-template's Introduction

Hello World ๐Ÿ‘‹, I'm Aileen Rae

I'm a full stack web developer and I've built websites for some of the biggest media and entertainment names you can think of.

I work with...

VueJS is my jam, but I'm just as proficient with React. On the backend I work with .NET Core, particularly ABP Framework.

I would like to start working with...

NodeJS seems like the most exciting backend tech to learn, and I already love working in JavaScript.

You can also find me...

I occasionally make small front end bits and bobs on Codepen.

I also float around on DEV.to, as I aspire to do some dev blogging.

If you're looking to reach out the more boring and professional way, you can message me on LinkedIn.

parcel-html-sass-js-starter-template's Issues

Distribution with existing folder structure

Hello Aileen,

Thank you for the great starter template. It makes getting started with Parcel much easier.

However, I am getting desperate with the following requirement:
I would like to build the same folder structure (with assets, js, css) in the dist folder as in the src folder, but I just can't get it to work.
I have already done a lot of research and tried out various tips and plug-ins, but have not found a working solution.
Do you have a working solution for this?
I'm always surprised that this isn't a standard in parcel, because I don't work on a project where the sources should all be in the same folder.
Thank you very much.

Kind regards
Martin
