Introduction

The programs extract the MOF synthesis information from literature devided into 2 parts:

• Publication Downloading
• Literature Extraction

The first part is in Node.js and second part in developed in Python.

Data

• All data required to train the models is contained in this repository.
• The code to train machine learning models for synthesis prediction can be found on https://github.com/aimat-lab/MOF_Synthesis_Prediction
