Add Hindi Keyboard for input to the Flask website

The app takes Hindi Devanagari script input but on desktop/laptop, one cannot usually type in that script, though if they open from phone, they can use Hindi keyboard provided by google.
As of now, user has to copy Hindi text from Google translate app to enter input into the website, it will make a lot more sense if there's virtual Hindi keyboard instead.

filepath handling

can you update the readme file to run on the local machine? There seems to be an error while handling different file paths. Thankyou
