Add a sub-command in cluster module of airshipctl to manage the power cycle of the hosts about airshipctl

@jezogwza @singhannie I need some clarification on this request. Is the intention to power off/on the system similar to this knowledge article by IBM or to reset similar to what's already in go-redfish? If it's the former, we may need to first implement power management features in go-redfish before we can add a command in airshipctl

I'd propose adding a subcommand for each action. Each command would take a target server as a required argument.

airshipctl remotedirect poweroff <server_name>
airshipctl remotedirect poweron <server_name>
airshipctl remotedirect reboot <server_name>
airshipctl remotedirect powerstatus <server_name>

This list could be expanded upon if needed.
