Google Instant

Overview

Google launched Google Instant in 2010, And then withdrew it in 2017 for device compatibility issues. This Chrome extension miraculously brings back Google Instant,which means after installing it ,you will be able to see your results on Google while typing the query.

Debugging

  1. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/bluzi/google-instant.git
  2. Navigate to chrome://extensions/ in Chrome
  3. Turn on Developer mode
  4. Click Load unpack extension
  5. Select the repository directory
  6. Navigate to Google and you should notice the extension
  7. Refresh by returning to chrome://extensions/ and pressing CTRL+R (Windows) or CMD+R (Mac)
