Completing the phase for CSE515 Project

STEP 1 Create a virtualenv : Install using pip the virtualenv package (or insert open in pycharm and in interpreter setting set up the virtual env) : $ py -m pip install --user virtualenv
Now create a venv, the command for that is : $ virtualenv venv
For MAC: $ source venv/bin/activate
For Windows: Adding on pycharm will do it
Now in Phase3: Add you code like we have added and do refer to the Document shared containing the folder stucture and ask if you face some issues.
