1. Invoke /skill-factory:skill-creator
2. Follow the workflow checklist
3. Test with real usage
4. Iterate based on behavior

1. Create directory: ~/.claude/skills/<name>/
2. Add SKILL.md with frontmatter
3. Add supporting files as needed
4. Test with claude and iterate

This repo is set up as a marketplace. Others can:
