Вот смотрю я на первое уравнение (для x)
санок:
tan(q3(t))**2*D(q1(t), t, t) - g*sin(alpha) - (1 + tan(q3(t))**2)*D(q2(t),
t)*D(q3(t), t) + 2*(1 + tan(q3(t))**2)*D(q1(t), t)*D(q3(t) = 0
И возникает вопрос: а почему там
присутствует D(q2(t), t), который есть dy ?
По логике уравнений Воронца этого быть не
должно.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create MechanicalFrame object - holonomic mechanical system
2. Write constraint reactions via add_joint_forces()
3. Call form_lagranges_equations()

По поводу санок Чаплыгина и функции,
составляющей уравнения равновесия.
Сегодня посмотрела, в чем причина проблемы.
Дело в том, что коэффициентом при
обобщенных скоростях и ускорении в
уравнении относительно d2x выступает (tan(phi) **
2). Слагаемое g*sin(alpha)
этот коэффициент не содержит. Если
причесывать уравнение ручками, у
g*sin(alpha) появится коэффициент cos(phi) ** 2. Если
не причесывая, отдать
уравнение функции form_equillibrium_manifold_equations(),
слагаемые с tan^2
становятся нулями и мы получаем в
результате g*sin(alpha) вместо
g*sin(alpha)*cos(phi)^2. Вижу только один выход -
отдавать функции
form_equillibrium_manifold_equations()причесанные ур-я
движения.
