Missing features

• prevent than in spreadsheet some column to have the same header name: now, connector spreadsheet only import the first met column with the name (if first is empty and second filled, then no error are raised but no good result).

The new Google oauth2client client breaks the compatibility with the 'connector-google-spreadsheet' module.
