Allow Engineer to have zero emergency fixes

Describe
In games with multiple engineers, allowing them to each have an emergency fix could get pretty cheap. Zero should be an option for emergency fixes, turning the engineer into a simple venting crewmate.

When I click the Guesser's guessing buttons, and nothing happens :( , Werewolf can't maul, Necromancer can't resurrect, and many roles like juggernaut hasn

Hi hello there, here's a list of bugs that have been found as of version 0.6.4. I will update this list as I find/fix more bugs

• Stuttering/bad frame rates
• Random crashes
• Buttons don't appear after the intro sequence (as a fix for now, just open and close your minimap and they should appear)
• Venting is broken

Describe The Bug
When scrolling through settings, the options all seem to be duplicated. Half way down the settings list, the options will start to repeat. They don't share the same values and it's not clear to me which one will take effect when launching the game.

Steps To Reproduce

• Create lobby
• Go to lobby settings
• Observe the sections in the settings, then scroll down until the sections repeat

Expected behavior
Settings to only appear once

About the Impostor server problem

I can’t create and enter the game using my own Impostor server: your client is too new, please update your Impostor server to play.

I entered the Impostor game by some methods, and I get an error when I change the color: the remote sent a disconnect request.(But it may not be a problem with Reworked, because this Impostor server has changed some parts)

Also, I want to translate this mod, and I hope there is a more convenient translation file!
