Enhance the name tag feature

• paper orientation
• label's dimensions
• paper offset
• multiple pages

Don't (re)generate the PDF preview after each key stroke

Make it clear that the meetup data is persistent if you change the template

Generate a single pdf doc. with all the templates

• save generated templates in a list
• specify nr. of pages for each template in the list
• option to remove from list
• concatenate all the templates in the list in a single pdf doc
