Modernise

Modernise the code to suit ES6 etc.

Does not work on Chrome

Trying to run that on Chome, getting the bunch of Cross-Origin exceptions;

XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///C:/Development/Projects/experiments/Chip-8-Emulator/roms/15PUZZLE. Cross origin requests are only supported for HTTP. Uncaught Error: NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest Exception 101 index.html:216 XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///C:/Development/Projects/experiments/Chip-8-Emulator/roms/BLINKY. Cross origin requests are only supported for HTTP. Uncaught Error: NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest Exception 101
