More Webui's to support about remote-torrent-adder

deluge was already added in r3ed0698a4f9c - see issue #4.

pyrt support added in rf25069116c9f from just now.

feel free to test it and report whether it works. attached is an experimental 
version of the extension - an explanation how to use it is in TryNewCode.

this will be released into the wild with the next major release (as soon as the 
magnet fanatics have tested the new code).

Working, you may want to hide the login box though as it just uses a password.

r06c9a7854012 will cause torrents to always be started after being added - as 
is the case for all the other clients.

i'm gonna leave the username field in. manually removing it would require a 
whole lot of options rethinking. the users are going to have to spare that bit 
of mental capacity.
