A Problem of Using the Mod...

Hi, Algernon! I'm a player of the Cities: Skylines, but my game was downloaded through the Epic store. As some new dlcs were released, I tried to update all my mods. While updating the 81 Tiles 2, I found that there wasn't any link to download the exact packages. Then I tried to use Visual Studio to make a release from the source code, but it failed saying ...\AlgernonCommons\AlgernonCommonsPatchingShared.shproj error: can't find the file.
I wonder if you can publish the package for the latest release through GitHub for us non-Steam users to download. I will be really grateful if you do so.

Simulation error: Array index is out of range. at EightyOne2.Patches.ExpandedWaterManager.SimulationStepImpl

I believe I've uninstalled all mods that were listed as "Conflicting mods" on the mod page. However I'm still getting an error upon loading my save and while the game does not outright crashes, my sewage system does not seem to be functional and my Industries DLC industry zones are missing.

Question

Could you please upload a release here on GitHub (You've only released the source code) or somewhere for us Epic Game users considering we can't download steam workshop items now. (At least I can't)

Issues with disasters with the 81 tile mod.

These issues have been prevalent in BP's version of 81 as well.

  • The disaster infoview map flickers when enough tiles are bought and buildings are built outside the 25 tile area.
  • If a disaster occurs outside the 25 tiles it will not show up on the infoview.
  • Evacuation buses have a mind of its own outside the 25 tiles. Sometimes they follow their route, sometimes they drive around in circles, sometimes they head straight to another large shelter and return.
