Delete single entry from long press of a list item in the history detail view

Long press a day when viewing history and allow for deletion

Add functionality for the Undo button. This will undo the last entry entered in 
for that day. If no entries exist, this button will do nothing. A user can undo 
all entries from that day from the main activity.

Display 0-100% of how close user is to meeting his/her goal of water intake for 
the day.

Let the user choose in settings the way the entries are displayed: fl oz, 
liters, gallons, etc

Clear today's entries, will reset user total back to 0 for the day. This will 
live in the options menu.

Allow for toggling of Toast messages for recent adds / undo to appear

Goal exists in Settings, but is not being referred to for overall progress. 
This should be set via a NumberPicker, default will be 64 fl oz.

Allow for add with specific date and time for the need of back logging

Currently any insert/select/delete etc is done on the main thread, which can 
hold up the UI. Use asyncTask to execute these queries so app is more 
responsive.

Create a 2 cell widget with an add button available from the Home screen

Allow user to add notification (customize frequency, ring tone, vibrate, and 
range of hours to be enabled) to remind to drink water

Currently Settings just shows Favorite Amount 1, 2, 3, etc. Put the actual 
value under neath so the user knows which amount they are changing more easily

Declare onClick methods in the XML resource for layouts and remove the excess 
code in onCreate within activities.

While in app, volume up button can add a custom amount (specified and enabled 
in settings). The volume down button (when enabled) will undo the user's last 
entry.
