Enforce meta when default export exists
this plugin seems to crash on default function export with no name.
beyond that, when a default export exists on a route I would also like to enforce that meta was declared and exported.
Check that export exists
This plugin only seems to add export before existing variables, but I would like an issue reported if I forget to add a meta export
