Description

The Covid-19 travel restriction API has been end of life by August 31st according to the documentation. Requests against the endpoint will result in an Error 404 and therefore the API should be removed from the SDK.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to execute Unit test "Travel Restriction Test".
2. Review 404 HTTP error in failed test results.

Expected Behavior: Travel Restriction calls should no longer be supported

Actual Behavior: Calls are still supported but will result in 404

Stable Behavior? Yes, happens all the time ^^

I will propose an easy fix for this along with a .NET 6 upgrade.

The project was using old frameworks, requires an update to at least .Net Core 3.1

Restructure solutions to adapt to a newer version.

There are already some integration tests done in the amadeus-integration-test project.
It is necessary to conclude.

DocFX.Console - Is it possible to disable or remove?

Since DocFx.console is included in the amadeus-dotnet nuget package, it creates additional unwanted files in my project during build. Is there a way to prevent this or to remove the dependency from the amadeus-dotnet package?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new console app (.net 5 or lower DocFx 2.41.0 dependency. Update DocFx to current 2.59.0 if using .net 6)
2. Add amadeus-dotnet 2.0.0
3. Build the application
4. Additional files are created such as: index.md, toc.yml, _site directory, etc.

Versions

Running:
.Net 5 (DocFx 2.41.0 not working in .net 6)
OS: OSX
amadeus-dotnet version 2.0.0
