Hi @amandamartin-dev! I think we need to add some sort of Code of Conduct file, just to keep the space safe for the contributors, especially those who are our core "audience".
also, just had another thought about the other section - I think that could be useful in the contributing.md as we didn't add the context there to remind folks what types of ppl we want to highlight in this resource. wdyt?

To ensure that the project stays true to its mission of amplifying women's voices, it's beneficial to add a disclaimer in the Contributing file about prioritizing the content created by women and non-binary individuals of color and other marginalized groups.

Hey, @amandamartin-dev! π Since you came up with the idea of letting open source founders request removal upon request, maybe there can be a specific issue template for that(as well as one for resources)? It'll increase productivity in regard to differentiating requests to add or remove sources.
