How to get the data?

I would like to know where I can get the data in a similar format for other states of India.

can you please mention the source of this dataset .Actually I am trying to build a forecasting model assam flood,but finding difficulty access the dataset regarding the like rainfall,temp,dew point,humidity,wind speed,pressure and all.

Execution of code

How to execute the code and where to execute the code. I tried with jupyter notebook but it is showing error. Kindly help me with this
