I have implemented the solution and can see the recording created in the S3 bucket.

The task is created for the agent and the transcript appears however when clicking the link to retrieve the Audio recording I recieve an "InvalidAccessKeyID" error.

I have confirmed the access key on the error matches what is on the lambda and checked permissions on the S3 bucket in case there was an access issue.

I was discussing with a colleague and not sure if the below article is the reason for the error.

When testing the solution, I noticed that if you do not have a queue description set for your queue the VMX3-Packager lambda errors out, and you never receive the task to your queue.

I am able to successfully implement the solution. I can see voicemail task is getting created. Agent (from Agent workspace & CCP) is able to see the missed task banner. But, he is unable to open the missed task to see its contents. I have a attached screenshot to this issue. I gave my agent Admin access for this testing

The Wav file generated from kvs-to-s3 lambda is not very clear. The audio is very Choppy. I have used the same lambda given in this repo. Any help on this is much appreciated.

I too have a sample file but i am unable to share it here.
