Optional allowed mods

Hello, thank you for this very useful mod!

However it would be great to have, being in a separate file or in the same one, something like "allowed optional mods" list. Let's say for example I have a member who plays with Iris Shaders or an accessibility mod, and I want to allow him to use it on my server without forcing everybody else having it. More like a whitelist than the current integrity check.
