[FR] Add gzip decompression for old replays.

Old replays before and include 1.10 at https://replays.wesnoth.org/ had .gz extension. And now would not be parsed.

But actually probably should not bother with old replays - there could be incompatibilities in WML...

[BUG] Need to escape HTML symbols in chat

Describe the bug
For this replay there is issue: some chat lines were strike through.

It's probably because at <[05:46:26] vvd (p2)> said

press <s>
and it become HTML <s> tag.

[FR] Handle situation when user making second same request until end of first one.

User could click button twice and more times - some sort of mini DDoS attack :)

1. Should block button while requesting - so, user could not double-click it.
2. But API requests still could be repeated... It's too complicated and too overkill to implement such defense feature. Need to remember IP+URL, set time counter and limits, check if limit is exceeded...

[FR] Add domain wesnoth.gamingladder.info for downloading replays.

Currently only replays from replays.wesnoth.org are parsed.

It would be good to work with replays from wesnoth.gamingladder.info as well.

But there is problem. Instead of replays which are automatically generated by Wesnoth server always in same format - users who upload replays to Ladder website could upload replay in many different formats:

• not valid replay at all
• corrupted file
• gzip archive
• bzip2 archive
• plain text replay
