Not so much an issue, more a request.

I found your design of the replacement for the score display. I have a system 9 machine (comet) with 2 broken displays and would love to build a replacement for this. Would this display also work on this machine? Now for the request, my machine had the driver board with the edge connectors, could you PLEASE make a version of the driver board with this connection?
If there is anything I can do, just let me know, I don't know what design software you use, but I am familiar with eagle so I might be able to change the design if I had the source files.

Hello, is it possible to add DE 2x16 display support ?

After reading schemating between Rollergames and DE displays I think they just invert the logicin the segment part.

A simple mask to flip bit on this output should be ok.
