Add entire toolbar

@theMatrEX - Looks like entire toolbar is being placed with classes and functionality added in /src/tools.js.

I tried to roll this into my code, the main error I'm stuck on is reading link button code in DOM event.

linkButton.title = localization[this.options.language]['Link']

I also got an error with npm run build:

WARN: Side effects in initialization of unused variable viewOptions [-:37,4]

Going to https://amyleew.github.io/osrm-frontend/ won't work for me, even after doing window.localStorage.setItem('mapbox_access_token', 'YOUR TOKEN') i get scrambled tiles.

Strange leaflet layer MaxZoom

No clue where this layer is coming from @aaronlidman. Defined the layers here leaflet_options.js#L22-L83, I had to define Mapbox Emerald twice for it to show up properly. Can you take a look?

@tristen - Overall my centering is off, I'm using col12 grid simplified from base.css. Can we quickly voice on this? There is something I'm not getting overall when applying base.css within custom layouts.

Viewport seems bigger than 100%

The viewport is never quite 100%. A scroll always shows up but the vh combine to 100.

footer never makes it...

What am I missing @tristen?
