How to resize root fs?

I have installed the latest build of OpenWrt from here on the internal eMMC of a R5S via upload in FriendlyWrt web-interface. For now the system boots up and seems to work fine - thank you!
Unfortunately it is using just 1G of the eMMC:

How can I expand the filesystem to use the whole 32G? I found a howto (https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/advanced/expand_root) but I get no errors and it seems not to do anything. What do I miss?

Would this build work with NanoPi R5C as well?

No HDMI support

Very nice, thanks for putting this together!
Seems the current version does not include support for HDMI output, which would be really convenient to see what is happening without having to connect a serial probe. I tried installing the panfrost kernel module but it fails due to a kernel version mismatch. Any idea how to bypass that? Thanks!

NVME M.2 2280 SSD Not Detected

I put in a 2TB M.2 NVME card and it isn't detected and doesn't appear in /dev/. Are NVME drives supported?
