Description of the Bug

• Zoom slider is capped at x2
• Pinch to zoom can do x10

• Galaxy S9+ and Note 9
• S9 non plus is not affected

Additional Information

• This is due to limited calculation of X2 Telephoto zoom range, the APK expects more telephoto lenses to be available
• This is fine on S9 as it does not advertise support for telephoto so it allows slider upto x8

• Kelvin/Color adjustment does not work in Selfie PRO / Pro video

• Changing WB value in pro mode causes the front camera to be green

• Enabling RAW Photos and taking a selfie in pro mode wont produce RAW image

• These are hardware lib limitation, solution is to hide / disable these feature in the future

• Video filters in the front camera do not work
• Video filters in the rear camera only work when "Video Stabilization" is turned off

Additional context

• This particular bug seems to be due to not having enough rendering surfaces between gralloc and camera, hence why disabling VDIS (Stabilization) restores video filters in the rear camera, meanwhile front camera does not allocate any extra surfaces to begin with
• I do suspect that the front camera is attempting to use EIS/VDIS regardless of the camera settings, but this is unconfirmed yet
• For now there is no concrete fix, aside from the workaround for rear camera

S9 Non-Plus portrait Mode does not work

Additional context

• This bug is caused by the very custom Camera APK we use which does not support single lense portrait mode, hence why portrait works on the S9+ And Note9 but not the S9 Non plus
• A fix can be done by using the N770F Camera APK, however it would require all the edits to be ported to it, and would require fixing slow motion and other junk
• I will work on this issue in the future but for now its very low priority

Neither Iris or Intelligent scan is working

• The bug is due to the removal of the IRIS daemon hooks in both frameworks and the secsettings app, the sensor can become functional with effort, however the lack of all the hooks in secsettings , outdated framework and services means it can't easily be restored if at all.

Description of the Bug

• When using XID CSC or installing the ROM while using an indonesian SIM, a msg saying "Sim card has been changed" will keep popping up
• Features such as VoLTE etc will not work

Biometrics Faceunlock does not work

Additional context

• Faceunlock currently is broken due to the migration from system face daemon to a HIDL/AIDL interface daemon, attempts at restoring legacy FACED have failed so far due to similar reasons faced in the IRIS issue
• However, unlike iris this bug can be fixed by making the note10Lite biometrics hidl functional, currently it does not work due to Keystore/Tee (Resolved) and missing vendor metadata/tags in our camera HAL
• Once the missing metadata is bypassed face unlock should be fixed
• This bug is actively being worked on.

The FM Radio package is not included in the ROM as it does not work / output audio

• Similar to HDMI DeX Audio issue
• This issue is due to the outdated audio hw HAL we use which has issues switching to USB-C audio output
• This is confirmed by using N770F AudioHW, however we can't use that HAL for other reasons (No dual speaker support and weird routing behavior's)
• Currently there are no clear ways to fix this issue
• the FM Radio actually works, but it wont output audio and does work when using N770F HAL

Describe the bug

When trying to disable any sim card on the phone using sim card manager, it only turns off signal bar icon on notification bar, but modem is still running draining battery and VoLTE icon still shows up for disabled SIM .

• This is possibly due to the way we use CACHE partition for bloatware on the ROM
• Pre 26 Works, i.e 25.3 / Delta 25.3

Power off button in quick panel should have the side key option like in Nobel rom
Next the settings should have search option like looking for apps.

There is no audio output when using DeX in HDMI Mode, it only works when using DexOnPc or Wireless DeX
