ECF : Formulaire de contact

Objectif principal : Réaliser un formulaire de contact, du dossier de conception à l’envoi de mail.

Etapes

1. Dossier de conception

  • Réaliser des wireframe
  • Concevoir l’UI et l’UX
  • Réaliser une charte graphique
  • Réaliser des maquette

2. Intégration

  • Intégrer le formulaire en suivant le dossier de conception
  • Réaliser le responsive
  • Dynamiser le formulaire (hover, animations, ... )

3. Fonctionnalités attendues

  • À minima, 3 champs et un bouton envoyer
  • Animations CSS et/ou JS
  • Envoi de mail après validation du formulaire

  • Consolider les connaissances en HTML/CSS
  • Consolider le responsive
  • Consolider l’utilisation du JS
  • Consolider l'utilisation de PHP
  • Utilisation des pattern HTML5
  • Utilisation de l’Ajax
