Track not available specifying '-I, --ignoreerrors'

Hello Anders, I'm testing your script but apparently also specifying '-I, --ignoreerrors' as console arguments, this exception is not handled.

I'm using

Python 2.7.6
libspotify-12.1.51-Linux-x86_64-release
pyspotify==1.12

'Unexpected error: ', <type 'exceptions.OSError'>

Tried to get this running again on Ubuntu 16.04 (last tested successfully under 14.04 like two weeks ago). Now running into this:
