武器平衡

白色 移动速度加快
蓝色 黄色 移动速度稍微加快
黑色伤害稍微加高
红色速度减慢

完善碰撞事件判断分发机制

在onContactBegin里面分别对两个Sprite判断是不是子弹与玩家的做法太蠢了
不知道cocos有没有更好的做法，没有的话就自己写个分发
