Python gui for encfs

It is frontend to manage mount points for encfs.

Mount points are defined as Cargos, you can define/mount/umount/delte/edit mount points or Cargos.

It is functional though some more work is expected.

I18N included, messages files must be compiled on install

CargList File must preexist

On first lauch it will fail since there is no encfsgui.yaml file available.

I should create it if does not exist.
