Add scenario about sls local with typescript

Would be nice to have a scenario about sls with typescript and local dev.

git with multi repositories

Some people want to learn how to handle git with multi repositories.

Write a scenario about how to configure git ssh with ssh config.

Put typescript scenarios into course

To have a nicer look and feel in katacoda, the scenarios shall be included into courses.

swith from k8n to docker-compose

The minikube startup is taking too long.
It is better to switch to docker-compose to have a reduced startup time.

add scenario for lerna

The current scenario has setup the OPS stuff but the lerna turoial is still missing.

Need to setup.

Add CI workflows

For the development a CI pipeline is needed.
Therefore Travis pipelines shall be added.

Setup project documentation

For the project documentation github pages should be enabled for the /docs folder.

setup katacoda scenario for npm-lerna

The Katacoda scenario npm-lerna needs a infrastructure setup.
We need a git server and a npm registry.
The infrastructure must be set up with docker.
Chosen services:

• gitea for git server
  • with SQLite3 as data storeage
• verdaccio for npm registry
  As orchastration tool kubernetes must be used.

Fix k8n startup launch in scenario

Describe the bug
The code script step1.sh is not working becaus the k8n launch scripts are missing in the deployment.
