Block a cycle creation that will be within the same interval as another cycle within the same task.

i.e.
cycle 1: DT Start 2023-03-09 07:00:00 - DT End 2023-03-09 08:00:00
cycle 2: DT Start 2023-03-09 07:30:00 -> not possible because cycle 1 starts at 7AM and ends at 8AM

• Top 5 projects with higher duration and top 5 tasks with higher duration (2 series of data)
• Open tasks (tasks that contain any cycle with dt_start == null) -> carrousel -> will redirect to task detail page
• Latest (updated) activities (Name, project, current duration) -> fetches by cycle modified_on field
• Productivity histogram (In analysis)

Duration ranking endpoint is displaying wrong total sum
