Problem organization

What do you think about the current problem organization?

For the purpose of brevity, let us only look at Problem12.

I am debating on making Problem12 (along with others)...

  • an object (current design)
  • a class (perhaps the threshold, which is an input rather than a change for how the answer is calculated would be a constructor input into the class)
    classes which
  • top-level functions ... from a theoretical standpoint this would probably make the most sense, but there will be a lot of name conflicts cross-file, and it it might get messy.

Opinions?
