A simple module for merge webpack configs. Inspired by the grunt-webpack.

Usage:

var mergeWebpackConfig = require('webpack-config-merger');

mergeWebpackConfig(require('./node_modules/packageToBuild/webpack.config.js'), {
  entry: 'path/to/entry.js',
  output: {
    path: 'path/to/dest',
    filename: 'dest.js'
  }
})

webpack-config-merger's Issues

update to lodash 4 now causes webpack-config-merger to not merge correctly

I'm noticing some duplication of items that had previously (in 0.0.3) been merged properly. Here's an output of running with 0.0.4: https://gist.github.com/bdefore/547a9e18c773af5965e9 ... notice module.resolve.extensions and module.resolve.modulesDirectories (I am using webpack-config-merger to merge several times).

Update Lodash

npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: lodash@<2.0.0 is no longer maintained. Upgrade to lodash@^3.0.0

Remove default config inherited from grunt-webpack

Because it's totally unexpected.
