When the interpreter runs go run to run a long running program that calls signal.Notify, this program is not properly killed when the interpreted is killed.

To reproduce:

1. Build gosh with go install ./cmd/gosh
2. Run ./run.sh
3. See that HTTP server is running at localhost:8080
4. Press Ctrl+C to stop gosh
5. The server was not properly killed as it should

To kill manually, get the PID with lsof -i :8080 and then kill with kill <pid>.
