自动检测编码，无脑转成 UTF-8
提供的选项得自己手动判断是什么编码。如果能自动判断编码，无脑转成 UTF-8 简体就好了。

不能选择文件搜索，只能拖动搜索

只能把视频拖进去才可以搜索，选择文件不能搜索
美剧搜索中S00E00的匹配问题
比如搜索美剧文件名为Silicon.Valley.S06E01.720p.WEB.H264-STARZ.mkv
会出现很多非E01的字幕。
另外，如果可以，匹配下影片发布组（例如这里的STARZ）和字幕适配版本来标记最合适字幕并置顶。
其次匹配视频来源（Web-dl、BDrip之类的）次之，提高选择效率。
如果能实现上面的功能后，建议加入explorer的右键菜单快速下载字幕。

如果在开启代理情况下。打开会有问题,关闭后可以使用。
•确保 Web 地址http://127.0.0.1:7725 正确
不知道为啥打开软件就这个显示了。
之前可以用，突然就这样了。
