My name is Andy and I am a passionate .NET programmer. I started programming with Visual Basic when I was a child, but nowadays I am using C#. So, basically I was grown up with .NET and it's stil my favourite framework/environment.

• 🔭 My main project I’m currently working is SimpleJournal. It’s a .NET based WPF-App where you can take notes using Touch, Pen or Mouse.

Backstage Menu - Integrate further features

Both dialogs could be integreated directly into the backstage menu without an extra window.

Apply dark mode to FontChooseBox

Currently it has a white background with a black foreground color!

Provide A Setup Of Touch Device Manager

Touch Device Manager (TDM) is currently available as a .zip-file, but a setup will me more comfortable for other users!
TDM should be published as an seperate repro also!

Page Loading On Demand (Large documents)

• Load pages on scrolling
• Only keep last, current and next page loaded
• Maybe as an option?

Chequered and Dotted Pattern - the user should be able to change the size

Currently all patterns are fix/hardcoded. But it would be nice if there's a possibility to configure these patterns in the SettingsDialog.

Rotated shapes: Resizing issues

Integrate Buttons For Switching Touch Screen (On/Off) in the Main Menu

It should be useful if you use another app simultaniously to SimpleJournal, that you can also reactive your touch screen without closing all SimpleJournal instances.

Sidebar Issue: When converting strokes to a shape while the sidebar is open; the new shape is missing in the sidebar

Dark/White Mode Switch

If you switch to dark/white mode, the accent color-box is empty and all items are wrong, they should be refreshed to the correct mode.

Show if there are no recently opened documents

Recently opened documents: 0 or just hide the groupbox?

Coordinate system drawing is slow

This seems not to be a a problem on all devices. See video (thanks to Stefan E.):

• Convert a PDF Document to a series of images
• Create a journal document with the amount of pages and use the pdf image as page background

If the resoultion is too low, CenterScreen makes the titlebar inaccessible
