Unable to make and install radamsa

Files are missing (or misplaced) as I am unable to make or install from radamsa-android dir.
The dir contains the following files and folders only:
doc jni LICENCE NEWS README.md tests

jni folder contains 3 files, which can be used but no idea how.
Android.mk Application.mk radamsa.c

[Question] Occur "Segmentation fault" in a device

Hi! I tried it to my Galaxy Note 4 (Android 6.0.1) which is already rooted.
I pushed the binary which is compiled to armeabi-v7a using ndk-build into the device. But when I executed the binary in adb shell, it occurs segmentation fault.
How can I solve this problem..?
