Multiple issues on starting Arcadia about arcadia

Hi,
this problem seems caused by the fact that rdebug (similar to "arcadia" ) is not found under $PATH. Now I will examine this scenario.

That's true, however before the third start I just get a nice looking - magenta line - which told me that rdebug is not found. That was why I installed rdebug.
Now arcadia starts with a huge window, filled with the error (the same that is put to stderr).

west this is a bug! The change is the presence of breakpoints in ~/.arcadia/arcadia.pers

I had to add ruby gems' bin to my path recently in os x, too

Hi, now I have installed ubuntu on my computer :) so next versione 0.10.0 wlil'be tested on it.
However if you type "gem env" or "gem1.9.1 env" you see:
EXECUTABLE DIRECTORY: /var/lib/gems/1.9.1/bin which is not in $PATH
