Prerequisites

Before running the Hiring Application, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

• Java Development Kit (JDK) 11 or higher
• Apache Maven 3.x
• MySQL 5.x or PostgreSQL 9.x (or any other supported database)
• Web browser

Getting Started

To get started with the Hiring Application, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository to your local machine:

   git clone https://github.com/Aniket1298/hireX

2. Install dependencies and build the project using Maven

  cd hirex
  mvn clean install 

3. Configuration Before running the Hiring Application, you need to configure the database connection settings. Update the application.properties file located in the src/main/resources directory with your database credentials.

Running the Application

To run the Application, execute the following command in the project directory:\

mvn spring-boot:run
