Lesson 2: 'restore' is not a git command

Hej, thank you for a fun and relaxing course! It's a welcome pause from other obligations.

On step 11, "11. Unstage the file (i.e revert the add command)", I use the command git restore --staged my_mistakes.txt and get the following:

git: 'restore' is not a git command. See 'git --help'.

The most similar command is
	remote

I see similar issues on other questions on stack overflow, where the suggestion is to use git reset HEAD <file>... to unstage as restore is still an experimental feature. Is there a way to get experimental features on your machine, or should I stick with reset as in the suggestion?
