Plugin to Cloud Provider APIs

If we're gonna replace cPanel, we're gonna have to tie in to the current popular Cloud Providers via API. Fully automate the whole damn thing.

Build out for at least the following:
Digital Ocean
Vultr
Linode
GCE
AWS
Upcloud

I'm sure there are more.

Build out a Proper Licensing Model

Will have to compete with other panels with this. I imagine a similar setup to the others where a certain amount of sites (HA - Active/Active * x Node(s)) can run on hardware for FREE.

After a certain amount of sites, add some cost to the user, and scale up with better pricing per plan level.

If there's gonna be resellers of this like Autom8n, then this might be null. Hopefully this will spark conversation.
