it looks as it starts from zero (probably when excel file is written)
all sort of problems are happening when crawling sites with many pages on slow servers (dev test server), so to enable troubleshooting add logging
ExCSS parser doesn't work as expected, find another parser
Usually on sites that are overloaded, maybe try to do pause and resume crawler
