What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have NLTK corpus installed
2. add in VOCABULARIES the thesaurus from 
http://www.archivesdefrance.culture.gouv.fr/thesaurus/page/Matiere ( click on 
Téléchargement ).
3. java kea.main.KEAModelBuilder -l 
$HOME/nltk_data/corpora/europarl_raw/french/ -m europarl -i fr -v 
archivesdefrance.culture.gouv.fr_thesaurus_Matiere -f skos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

People who need to use this tool aren't all programmers. Why not add an 
interface?
