Extension no longer in Chrome Webstore? (2023)

The webstore URL now 404s and the extension no longer appears in search results :(
Both of these urls don't work:

Also, the "Extension options" link no longer does anything. (On my system) this link is found at:
chrome://extensions/?id=pdfbbnojibegcfdmhcccicmllbbkpeaf

I am willing to try and fix it myself, as a contributor, (but it looks like this might be admin stuff that only the owner can do).

make Regex Pattern input wider

Can you please make the regex pattern input wider, so the full regex can be seen without having to select it and paste it into a text editor? Maybe like 300px or 400px.

Gmail unread favicon support?

Hi guys,

I am wondering if we can make dev favicon compatible with the Gmail unread favicon feature?

Currently dev favicon setting is not showing on the favicon if Gmail unread favicon is enabled.

Doesn't work in Chrome 69

The default favicon for local files is really hard to see in Chrome 69, so I installed this extension to try and fix that problem. From what I can tell, the extension doesn't do anything for local file-based URLs (e.g. file:///C:/Some/Folder/some-file.html)

I tried the following regex for local files: file:\/\/\/.*, as well as file:.*, but neither did anything. Keying off of the page title also has no effect.

I can get it to work with http-style URLs.

Dropping a pattern on other pattern's child nodes

Drag a pattern block onto another pattern block without dropping it.

Hover over different elements and watch the dashed border appear around the child elements of that pattern block. It should not do this.

Drop it on a label or field if you like unexpected behaviour :)

Regex clears upon Input drag

If you accidently drag a regex row by its <Input> box and it happens to be released over another regex row's <Input> box, both <Input> boxes are erased and can't be recovered with any amount of Ctrl+Z

Any way to support page titles as well as url?

I've found your solution to be the best out there but the way Google differentiates URLs for different Google accounts is very frustrating. They use an integer that is based on the order that the user logged in to that account.

e.g., https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox, https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox, https://mail.google.com/mail/u/2/#inbox

And each time you reload chrome, the order of course can change so the favicon colours do not match up with the right account.

Any suggestions on how to solve this? One option I thought was to allow the page title to be used as a criteria instead of the target URL.

Thanks again for your hard work
