Firmware for a fidget toy using an ANO Rotary Encoder and NeoPixel LED ring

CircuitPython and library bundle version information:

CircuitPython 8.2.9 using libary package from 2024-02-09

Usage:

1. Clone or download and unzip the repo.
2. Make sure you've installed CircuitPython 8 for your board and that the CIRCUITPY folder for your device is empty.
3. Copy the entire contents of the CIRCUITPY folder in the cloned/downloaded repo onto your own device's CIRCUITPY folder.
4. Fidget.
