Error on transpile with something like:

mapProg = new map<id, Program_COM__c>(
                [select Id, Name
                 from Program_COM__c 
                 where Id in :setPId]);

Transpiles with a simple double quote instead of a @ to make a verbatim string literal. Transpiles to:

 mapProg = new Map<ID, Program_COM__c>(Soql.query<Program_COM__c>("select Id, Name
                 from Program_COM__c 
                 where Id in :setPId", setPId));

Should be:

 mapProg = new Map<ID, Program_COM__c>(Soql.query<Program_COM__c>(@"select Id, Name
                 from Program_COM__c 
                 where Id in :setPId", setPId));

Looks like we can't use .NET primitive types because of the missing APIs.
Examples:

• string.replace(text1, text2) → string.Replace(text1, text2)
• int.valueOf("123") → int.Parse("123")
• etc.

I suggest that we emit String, Integer and so on — the mockable types defined in Apex.dll.

Double quotes should be escaped.
